Yantai Manoir Heat Resistant Alloy Co., Ltd. was established in 1991 and started joint venture with the Manoir Industrial in 1995. Since its inception, it has been professionally dedicated to the production of various heat-resistant alloy centrifugal casting tubes and static castings, with products mainly applied in the petrochemical, steel, and building materials industries. Yantai Manoir has fully adopted the proprietary technologies, equipment, and patented materials of the Manoir Industrial, equipped with advanced furnace tube automated production lines and inspection equipment, and has also introduced French management models and personnel to ensure the strict and complete implementation of Manoir's technical processes and quality standards. Currently, all welders and non-destructive inspectors have ASME and EN qualifications.
In 1998, Yantai Manoir was the first to pass the certification of the IS09002:98 quality assurance system standard, and in 2002 and 2010, it passed the ISO9001:2000 and ISO900:2008 standard system certifications. In recent years, Yantai Manoir has also successively passed ISO14001, Korean KGS, Russian GOST, and European PED certifications, Canada ABSA CRN. Since 2002, Yantai Manoir has used the global sales network of the French Manoir Group to sell its products to 40 over countries and regions overseas and nearly 100 international petrochemical customers. The international recognition and export performance have significantly improved, with export accounting for over 80%. It has provided more than 50,000 reforming tubes to major patent holders and furnace design companies such as Technip, Linde, CBI/LUMMUS, ITT, Heurtey, KT, Toyo, Topsoe, and KBR, as well as domestic customers; at the same time, it has successively received recognition and contracts from most of the top 10 global ethylene end-users including Saudi Basic Industries, ExxonMobil, Leonhard Baer, INEOS, Total, BASF, American Westlake, and Taiwan Formosa with more than 200 radiation tube assemblies for ethylene furnaces supplied.
