KARAMAY AOZE TO PRESENT ADVANCED OILFIELD CHEMICALS AND TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS IN KAZAKHSTAN

 Karamay Aoze Industrial & Trade Co., Ltd. will take part in an industry exhibition in Kazakhstan, presenting drilling-fluid additives, cementing additives, production and stimulation chemicals, water-treatment chemicals, and supporting technical solutions. Based in Xinjiang, supported by an integrated R&D, production and service system

Headquartered in Karamay, Xinjiang, China, Aoze has focused on oilfield chemical additives for 23 years. Aoze has annual production capacity exceeding 100,000 tonnes of oilfield chemical additives. It operates the Xinjiang Oilfield Engineering Technology Research Center for Wellbore Anti-Collapse and Plugging as well as an enterprise technology center, supported by a team of R&D specialists and engineers. To date, it has developed and manufactured 48 oilfield chemical products and holds 25 invention patents and 10 utility-model patents.

Product portfolios designed for demanding well conditions

At the exhibition, Aoze will highlight anti-collapse and plugging agents, fluid-loss reducers, lubricants and inhibitors for drilling fluids. Key products include KH-n high-efficiency anti-collapse powdered asphalt, designed to improve formation sealing and wellbore stability; SP-8 polymeric fluid-loss reducer and AP220 amine copolymer fluid-loss reducer, used to improve filtrate control; LU-66 graphite lubricant, which helps reduce friction and enhance drilling-fluid lubricity; and FD-8 anti-collapse plugging agent and AHB sulfonated polyacrylamide, which can be selected and combined according to the drilling-fluid system and operating conditions.

The company also supplies sulfonated asphalt, sulfonated methyl phenolic resin, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and polyanionic cellulose. For high-temperature, high-salinity and calcium-contaminated systems, unstable formations and other complex intervals, Aoze can provide product selection, formulation matching, sample testing and technical support. Based on the customer’s field, technical specifications and operating environment, its technical team can conduct technical evaluations, formulation optimization, sample trials and performance validation, followed by organized production and delivery.

Expanding practical cooperation across Central Asia

Kazakhstan is one of Central Asia’s major oil and gas producers and a priority market for Aoze. Drawing on Karamay’s industrial base and Xinjiang’s proximity to Central Asia, the company has introduced its products into Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan and accumulated practical experience in cross-border logistics, export documentation, product delivery and international project coordination.

Through the exhibition, Aoze aims to deepen cooperation with Kazakh oil and gas companies, technical service providers, distributors and procurement platforms.
