ARI-STEVI® - Intelligent Process Control

The ARI-STEVI® line is designed for precise flow control of steam, hot water, heat transfer fluids, and other process media. These valves are used in the power, oil and gas, chemical, and process industries, as well as in heat supply systems, where reliability, control accuracy, and long service life are essential. At KIOGE 2026, the company will present STEVI control valves, as well as the new-generation PREMIO-Plus 2G electric actuator.

ARI-STEVI control valves provide high control accuracy thanks to an optimized flow path design and the ability to select different Kvs values. The multi-stage internal design makes the valve an effective solution for complex process applications.

ARI-STEVI valves feature a proven stem sealing system and boast an extended service life.

Particular attention has been paid to ease of operation. The 360° actuator rotation design, multiple stem seal options, and a wide range of flow rates allow the equipment to be customized to virtually any customer requirement.

ARI-SAFE® — a new generation of safety valves for critical facilities

Equipment safety remains a top priority for companies in the energy and oil and gas industries. That's why ARI-Armaturen continues to develop its line of high-performance ARI-SAFE® safety valves.
ARI-SAFE® are spring-loaded, full-opening safety valves designed to protect equipment from overpressure. Due to their high flow capacity and fast response, they are widely used in steam and hot water systems, as well as in oil and gas, chemical, power, and other industries.
One of the ARI-SAFE safety valve options is a version with a bellows stem seal. This solution significantly expands the equipment's application potential in high-backpressure systems in chemical plants, oil and gas refining facilities, and in installations with aggressive and environmentally hazardous environments.

ARI-ZETRIX® — A New Generation, High-Tech Triple-Eccentric Butterfly Valve

 ARI-ZETRIX® are triple-eccentric butterfly valves designed for operation in systems with a wide temperature range—from cryogenic conditions to +550°C—and with increased tightness requirements. The equipment is used in the oil and gas, chemical, power, and processing industries, as well as in shipbuilding and heating systems.
The triple-eccentricity design almost eliminates friction between the sealing surfaces during opening and closing. This solution ensures reliable sealing, reduces wear on the sealing surfaces, and increases the service life of the equipment. The standard version of the valve is equipped with a wear-resistant seat with a Stellite® 21 overlay, which requires no additional maintenance, and a self-centering lamellar seal ensures consistent tightness.
ARI-Zetrix valves can be equipped with various actuator types, including pneumatic and electro-hydraulic systems for fast-acting emergency closing, capable of fully closing in less than one second.
