Smart Techno LLP is implementing a project to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for downhole pumping equipment in Aktau, Kazakhstan. The company is focused on supplying Kazakhstan's oil and gas industry with high-quality, locally manufactured equipment that meets international standards for quality, reliability, and performance.

During the first stage of the project, the company is producing sucker rod pumps (SRPs). In the future, the product portfolio will be expanded to include electric submersible pumps (ESPs) and progressive cavity pumps (PCPs), enabling Smart Techno to provide comprehensive artificial lift solutions for a wide range of oil well operating conditions.

The production facility is being developed using advanced international technologies adapted to the operating conditions of Kazakhstan's oilfields. All products are manufactured in accordance with GOST, API, and Technical Specifications (TU), while custom-engineered equipment can also be produced to meet individual customer requirements.

A key priority for Smart Techno is the development of its own engineering and technical center together with comprehensive service operations. This will enable the company to provide full lifecycle support—from engineering design and manufacturing to maintenance, repair, and after-sales service.

The new manufacturing facility contributes to the industrial development of the Mangystau Region, creates new jobs, and strengthens the position of Kazakhstan's domestic manufacturers in the oil and gas equipment market.
