Well-control equipment is one of the most important devices in the oil and gas field.

The devices and mechanisms of the well-control equipment are mounted at the mouth of the flowing well.
The production of well-control equipment is regulated by GOST 13846-84.
According to GOST 13846-84, it is possible to develop and install well-control equipment according to key schemes:

String wedge binding (SWB)

String binding is intended for suspending production and technical strings, sealing annular spaces, draining drilling fluid from them during cementing, controlling pressure in them, as well as carrying out the necessary technological operations during the construction, operation and repair of oil and gas wells.
Main settings
String bindings are available in two versions: single-body (with a single-flange string head) and multi-body (with a single-flange and one or more double-flange string heads).

String shoe

String shoes of the БКМ type are intended for equipping the bottom of production strings made of pipes in accordance with GOST 631 in order to guide them along the wellbore and protect them from damage when lowering into the well.

The shoe consists of a thick-walled steel body and a concrete guide nozzle. The dimensions and shape of the bottom of the body and the guide nozzle of the shoes eliminate the danger of the lowered string landing on almost any ledges on the walls of the well.

Shoes are made with short triangular or trapezoidal threads (OTTM (threaded connection of casing pipes and couplings with trapezoidal thread) and BTS - an analogue of the Buttress thread), as well as with a highly hermetic (gas-tight) ОТТГ (threaded high-tight connection of casing pipes and couplings with trapezoidal threads) connection. БКМ-102 shoes are manufactured with threaded connections for smooth pipes and smooth high-tight pumping and compressor pipes.

Standards
• Working medium: flushing liquid, cement mortar, oil.
• Working environment temperature: no more than 120°C.

Turbulizer

Turbulator refers to equipment for casing strings used in fastening oil, gas and other wells, and is intended to create turbulence in the fluid flow in the annular spaces when cementing casing strings.

Devices for this purpose of various designs are known.

A turbulator with rigid ribs, as well as a turbulator with flexible ribs create a low flow turbulization effect due to their design features.
A turbulator with placement of turbulizing elements (ribs) at different angles to the axis of the housing is known. The scope of application of this turbulator is limited to use in vertical wells with a concentric arrangement of casing strings in the wellbores.

The purpose of the device is to enhance the effect of flow turbulization and increase the efficiency of its use in well conditions, incl. oblique and horizontal.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the elastic turbulence elements (ribs) in the longitudinal section have a trapezoidal shape.
Turbulizing elements (elastic ribs) are located on the body at different angles, with large bases of the elastic ribs alternating with their smaller bases.

Throttle non-return valve

Throttle non-return valve used in casing strings is designed to ensure self-filling without overflowing the lowered casing string with drilling fluid, to prevent the movement of cement mortar into the string after it is pushed, and to seat separation plugs during the process of pumping cement mortar into the string and pushing it into the annular space.
The valve remains operational when exposed to mechanical loads that arise when running casing strings at speeds of up to 1.5 m/s and when operating in an environment of drilling and grouting fluids with a density of up to 2.4 g/cm³, temperatures up to 130°C, and chemical activity 10 pH, containing sand up to 1.5% by volume. Maximum fluid flow through the valve is 60 l/s.

• Valve of the ЦКОДМ type is designed for operation in temperate and cold macroclimatic regions (I2-II5) according to GOST 16350.
• Climatic version: УХЛ, ХЛ.
• Placement category: I according to GOST 15150.
• Ambient temperature: from -60°С to +40°С.
