THE OIL AND GAS JOB FAIR SPONSORED BY CAMERON
The human factor, personnel, employees is a main value of any enterprise and a state on the whole. In conditions of the world economic crisis there are a lot of events aimed to reduce the scales of unemployment, improve labor conditions and increase social protection of citizens that are conducted within frames of the state social program. Big companies of the oil-and-gas sectors has been also introducing the HR policy the basic purpose of which is to increase the role of personnel in a decision of the strategic directions in the enterprise development.
The major objectives of the Job Fair are:
- To become a conventional place of meeting for job seekers and employers in the oil-and-gas field that is the most popular at present
- To create very comfortable conditions for alive relationships and help to settle direct contacts between employers and job-seekers, and to get know in details needs of each other
- To give employers an opportunity to increase volumes and improve quality of human resources of an enterprise
- Support young professionals in the oil and gas field
For the whole history of this event there were HR participants of such companies as KazMunaiGaz UCPD, JSC KazMunaiGaz EP, KazMunaiTeniz, Agip KCO, Bolashak, KazakJob, Baker Huges, Fircroft, KPO, Maersk Oil Kazakhstan, RTG Oil, Saudi Aramco, Scott Holland, et alia.
The Fifth Job Fair will take place on October 6-9, 2010 at Atakent Kazakhstan’s Center of Business Copperation, 11 pavillion.
Representatives of HR Departments and Recruitment Specialists representing oil-and-gas operators and services vendors will recruit experienced professionals of the oil-and-gas sector wishing to actively work in regional and international oil-and-gas companies. Main job-seekers are graduates of high educational institutions and specialized courses and also young professionals of the oil-and-gas industry.
