Now, the plenary session includes talks by the Minister of Oil and Gas of Kazakhstan, Sauat Mynbayev, and Minister of Energy of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Dha'en Al Hamili. In total, the conference will feature 60 speakers from various countries, and the forum will be attended by approximately 1000 delegates.
As the organisers are still receiving the titles of papers, the final version of the conference programme will be published on 5 October.
