JSC “Intergas Central Asia” was created in June 1997. The basic directions of activity of “Intergas Central Asia” JSC are operation and maintenance of the system of main gas pipelines and realization of the transport of natural gas for the internal users, and also for the international transit. Company achieves transport of gas on the territory of Kazakhstan by 10 main gas pipeline- outlets. Largest of them is “Central Asia Center”, whose lengths extent in the single-thread performance by 3886 km. The gas transport includes 21 compressor stations, on which 308 gas-pumping aggregates of different types and models are established. Furthermore, 3 underground depositories of gas (UDG) includes into the company composition. Largest of them is Bozoy UDG, located in Aktobe region. Another is Poltarotsk UDG, which is located in Southern region and Akyrtobsk UDG in Zhambyl region. The underground depositories of gas are intended to guarantee the natural gas for users during winter seasons, and also during the periods of the decrease volumes of gas deliveries.
