In May 2008, Allianz SE has purchased 100 % holding of stocks of the JSC “Insurance Company “ATF Polis” established by the one of the biggest bank in Kazakhstan JSC “ATF Bank” by the end of the September 2007. Having passed the registration in oversight authorities of Republic of Kazakhstan, the company received a certificate of registration as a JSC “Insurance Company “Allianz Kazakhstan”. IC “Allianz Kazakhstan” is represented in all strategically important cities of Kazakhstan, as follows: Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Aktau, Aktobe, Karaganda, Kostanai, Kokshetau, Pavlodar, Taraz, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shymkent, Semey, Kyzylorda and Petropavlovsk. The biggest international and local companies use the service of this Insurance Company. According to the results of 2007 IC “Allianz Kazakhstan” entered in the top ten of the best biggest insurance companies of Kazakhstan, the volume of insurance premium – 5.9 billions KZT. At the moment of December 31 2007, the assets of the insurance company were represented by 9.7 billions KZT, owned capital – 2.5 billions KZT.
